Do you enjoy helping people and do you like systematic, structured work? Do you have experience in customer service, telephone or intensive communication with clients from another position? Come help us with our dental clinic clients' appointments and questions. Quiet place to work with a view of the Vltava River, no cold calls and lots of team support guaranteed.

You'll have plenty of communication with us, booking clients and answering their questions via phone, email and chat. We work efficiently and digitally across clinics, so you'll be working with in-house software, ticketing systems and shared calendars. We'll get you perfectly briefed on everything in the first few months you spend on-site at the clinic Svět rovnátek. Your permanent position will then be in our design building in Holešovice, in the company of three other teammates. 


After the trial period, you will receive a one-off bonus of CZK 40,000.

What awaits you with us:

  • You become the first contact of a new client with our clinics
  • You will answer our clients' questions and process their requests via email, chat and especially phone
  • With a team of colleagues, you will maintain clinic calendars and file client charts
  • You will take care of booking, re-booking and confirming appointments for our clients and entering them into the internal software
  • You'll work closely with the reception team and other colleagues, as well as verifying necessary information across clinics
  • You will use your English, some clients are English speaking only, other languages are welcome
  • You will also perform other ad hoc tasks and administration, including work with reports or Excel

What you need:

  • Secondary education with a school-leaving examination
  • Czech or Slovak at native speaker level
  • English at a communicative level, many of our clients are from abroad
  • Pleasant voice, in which even on the phone "you can hear your smile"
  • Professional demeanor when communicating with clients, in all situations
  • Reliability and care in entering data into the system
  • Good written expression skills and correct grammar for writing emails
  • Ability to organise your work and attend to incoming requests systematically, taking into account their priorities
  • Knowledge of PC work and quick orientation in new software
