Consent to the processing of personal data

I hereby grant my consent to Labs1503 a.s., with registered office at Bubenské nábřeží 1594/6, 170 00 Praha 7 - Holešovice, ID No.: 11834447, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 26621, as the personal data controller ("Controller" or "Company") and other processors within the Labs1503 group:

I grant my consent in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - "GDPR"), other applicable laws and regulations and under the following conditions:

‍‍I. Subject of consent

1. This consent is given in the context of a selection procedure for a position in the Administrator's company.

2. The controller shall only process personal data provided by the subject himself/herself in his/her CV or in the context of or in connection with an interview (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").

II. Purpose and duration of processing

1. The Controller processes the subject's personal data for the purpose of contacting the subject in the future in the event that the subject is not selected for the requested position within the ongoing selection procedure at the company and a vacancy occurs in the company for which the subject would be a suitable candidate.

2. On the basis of this consent, the controller is entitled to process the personal data of the subject for a period of 5 years from the granting of the consent or until its withdrawal by the subject.

III. Consent

1. This consent constitutes the legal basis for the processing of the subject's personal data under the GDPR.

2. Consent to the processing of personal data is given voluntarily and the subject has the right to withdraw it at any time by sending an e-mail to kariera@labs1503.cz.

IV. Processing of personal data

1. Personal data will be processed on the basis of this consent in the following ways:

  • Assembly,
  • arrangement,
  • Storage,
  • Search,
  • use for specified purposes,
  • Deletion.

2. The controller transfers personal data for processing and recording to the recipient: the Freshworks.

3. The controller is obliged to protect the personal data of the subjects from misuse or unauthorized access by third parties.

4. The controller shall store the personal data of the subjects in both electronic and paper form. Electronic data are protected in particular by access passwords and are also protected by antivirus protection.

5. There is no automated processing of personal data by the controller.

6. The controller is not entitled to disclose the subject's personal data to third parties.

7. The controller is not authorised to transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to international organisations operating outside the EU.

V. Rights of the data subject

(1) The data subject has the right to be informed of what personal data the controller processes and to what extent. This information may be obtained on request from the data subject at the following e-mail address: kariera@labs1503.cz. At this address, the data subject may also obtain any other information pursuant to this Article and may submit any requests related to his/her rights as a data subject to

(2) The data subject shall have the right of access to the personal data processed by the controller. Upon request, the subject may be provided with confirmation as to whether and how the subject's personal data are processed. The data subject shall also have the right to obtain clarification of the information contained in these terms of consent in relation to his or her person.

3. The subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection against the processing of personal data by the controller, provided that he or she believes that such processing is unlawful.

(4) The subject shall have the right to rectification and completion of erroneous personal data processed by the controller by indicating that his or her personal data are erroneous or incomplete. After such notification, the controller shall rectify or supplement the data without undue delay.

5. The subject shall have the right to have his or her personal data destroyed in their entirety if the controller so requests. The controller shall then destroy the personal data concerned without undue delay.

6. The subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing of his or her personal data if:

a. the subject denies the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the data,

b. the controller no longer needs the subject's personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the subject needs them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,

c. the processing is unlawful.

7.The subject has the right to data portability, i.e. to obtain all personal data that he or she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit such data to another controller, including through the original controller.
