You’ll be handling the full HR agenda with us, including preparing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing benefits, and communicating daily with colleagues across teams—whether regarding attendance, changes to documentation, training courses, or handling the employment of foreign workers and the recognition of foreign qualifications. You’ll also help us organize team-building events, develop employer branding projects, and assist with setting up new processes. Basically, internal HR with all the bells and whistles. :)

What awaits you with us?
  • You’ll help our five-person HR team with all administrative tasks, both digital and physical.
  • You will receive inquiries from employees and process and resolve their requests to the satisfaction of all parties. 
  • You will communicate with employees on a regular basis and meet with them annually to keep them informed about company news and changes and to monitor their satisfaction.
  • You will manage employee personnel files and prepare documents related to their hiring, promotions, and departures. 
  • You will handle employee benefits administration and communicate with government agencies regarding the hiring of foreign nationals or the recognition of their educational qualifications.
  • You will arrange accommodation for commuting colleagues during business trips to Prague or Brno.
  • You will communicate daily with the accounting department and team managers regarding attendance, payroll, and other processes.
  • You’ll also be involved in new projects related to employer branding, internal training, and partnerships with schools.
  • You will help us improve and develop processes across the entire HR department and assist with other ad hoc tasks.
What can you offer us?
  • You have at least a high school diploma and excellent spoken and written Czech.
  • You already have proven experience in administrative work, ideally in managing employment contracts or hiring foreign nationals. 
  • You can navigate contracts and documents and keep everything organized.
  • You can communicate assertively even with challenging colleagues, and you’re open to communicating with all employees, from the cleaning staff to the doctors.
  • You’re able to stay calm and organized even on days when there are a lot of questions.
  • You are proficient in Excel and can easily navigate new software.
  • You can communicate in English and would be able to guide a new international colleague through the onboarding process.
