🔧 We are looking for an automation and system interconnection specialist! Are you the kind of person who likes to solve "how to connect it so it runs itself"? Do you enjoy making clever connections between applications and coming up with neat shortcuts that save others time and nerves? Join our IT team. You'll work in a beautiful office building in Holešovice, just a short walk from the Vltavská metro station, but don't expect an ossified corporation or tons of unnecessary bureaucracy. We like things to make sense, run efficiently and automated. Your solutions will help receptionists, nurses, doctors and managers, who will find it easier to do their day-to-day work and have more time for what's really important: patient care.
What are you going to do?
- Connect internal systems such as CRM, ERP, HR and others using the Make.com platform or custom scripts
- Invent, set up, test and maintain automations that eliminate routines and errors
- Create data bridges that connect different parts of the corporate ecosystem
- Streamline internal processes and debug data flows to keep everything running smoothly and ready for subsequent reporting
- Collaborate across the business - whether with IT colleagues or clinical colleagues
You won't be on your own, you'll have the support of senior colleagues and a place in a great team where people can rely on each other.
🎯 Who are we looking for?
- Even as a junior employee, but we want to see you want to grow, improve and take responsibility
- IT education and experience of min. 2 years from a small/medium company or start-up are ideal
- Experience with databases, automation and scripting
- Orientation in web applications, understanding how they "talk to each other"
- Czech/Slovenian at a perfect level, English for working with software and their support
- Proactive approach, joy when things work better than yesterday, "the problem is just a puzzle that needs solving" approach
