From doctors to office assistants, you become a "beacon of safety" for us whenever we are troubled by IT technology. Whether something is "flashing", needs updating or we're preparing a laptop for a new colleague, we're counting on you, and not just remotely. You'll also help senior colleagues with enterprise systems administration and integrations, M365 platform development and security maintenance.
We are LABS1503, a Czech brand of private clinics, focusing on orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry, testosterone therapy and physiotherapy - a company for which the digitalization of processes and the use of smart online solutions is a long-term priority.
What you're going to do:
- Assist staff with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Record and resolve requests in the ticket system, classify them correctly and forward them to other colleagues or external suppliers
- Prepare equipment for new office and clinic colleagues, ensure software and applications are installed on computers and mobile devices, and create new accounts
- After training, participate in the installation of software for clinic equipment (e.g. 3D dental scanners, x-rays).
- Participate in the administration and integration of internal systems (CRM, ERP, DMS, HR system, etc.).
- Participate in the development of the M365(SharePoint, Intranet) platform and the deployment of MS Intune
- You will also gain an understanding of the proper functioning of IT security in the company and how to practically set up security rules

What you need:
- Min. completed secondary education with a high school diploma, ideally in a technical field
- Communicative nature, patience and the ability to easily explain to the blonde at the reception what the problem is
- Willingness to not just sit behind your computer, but to actively be there and help where needed, even on the other side of Prague
- Experience with M365 configuration and basic knowledge of working with Android or iOS devices will be an advantage
- Knowledge of network configurations, operating systems (servers and stations) and at least a basic understanding of scripting (e.g. PowerShell) will be appreciated
- Willingness to learn and adopt new applications and technologies and grow as a mediator in the field of in-house systems
- English min. B1, passive enough to understand instructions in English
