You'll have action-packed work and practical tasks in a private clinic environment, as well as an administrative agenda linked to events and meetings in our buildings. You will also work with us in the purchasing of office equipment or documentation management.
We are LABS1503, a brand of private clinics with a focus on orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, testosterone therapy and physiotherapy, open to bright juniors who have the ambition to learn and develop their potential in an innovative and action-packed company.
What you're going to do:
- Together with my office teammates, be responsible for the operation of our four private clinic buildings to ensure all colleagues work with a smile and don't miss a thing
- 50 % practical tasks and arranging on the buildings of our clinics (Holešovice - Vršovice) / 50 % work at the computer in the office in Holešovice
- Check and manage shared calendars and ensure smooth running of meeting rooms, co-ordinate events at buildings
- Assist with document management, scanning and sorting and reviewing bills, invoices and delivery notes, filing documents in the correct folders
- To look after our offices and clinics in terms of equipment and property, record deficiencies and administratively handle repairs
- Prepare research on possible new suppliers if we need to purchase new equipment or use a new service
- To cover in with colleagues when off sick or on holiday and therefore, if needed, be willing to prepare refreshments for visitors or distribute fruit deliveries around the six-storey building :)

What you need:
- Secondary education with a school-leaving examination
- Min. 2 years of practical experience in administration, experience with reservation systems (hotels, offices, events) and working with invoices, delivery notes, etc.
- Team nature, willingness to help anyone in need
- Action approach to solving tasks, common sense, desire to arrange and have everything completed
- Willingness to drive a car in Prague traffic and to move between several clinics (Holešovice - Vršovice)
- Time flexibility to cover colleagues, support events or one-day work trips to the Brno office (we work only on weekdays)
- Professional demeanor when communicating with visitors and communicative English min. B2
- Knowledge of PC and Excel
