🌿 What are you waiting for?

• Personal and telephone customer care (orders, changes, questions)
• Work with internal system, calendar and documentation
• Collaboration with a team of doctors, nurses and other colleagues
• Communication in English (daily - we also have clients from abroad)
• Support of clinic operations - minor administration, invoicing

✅ What do we need from you?

• Experience in customer service (reception, call center, hotel...) min. 1 year
• Excellent Czech/Slovenian, professional demeanor and reliability
• Communicative English min. B2 - also for small talk, mail, phone, chat
• Ability to work at pace, manage priorities and have an eye for detail
• Flexibility for shifts: Mon + Wed: 7-16, Tue + Thu: 10-19, Fri: 7-12
• 100% reliability in morning arrivals :)
