Receptionist at the modern ALPHALABS clinic
Do you enjoy working with people, have experience in customer service, and care about making clients feel comfortable from the very first moment? We’re looking for a reliable and friendly receptionist to join the team at our modern ALPHALABS clinic.
With us, you won’t be just another face in the crowd. Our clients return to us regularly; we know them, and we pride ourselves on our personal approach. You’ll be the person they meet when they arrive at the clinic and the one they turn to when making appointments, rescheduling, or asking general questions.
You’ll be working in a small team alongside doctors, nurses, and other colleagues. You can expect a lot of communication, administrative tasks related to the clinic’s operations, daily use of English, and a modern clinic environment with a view of the Vltava River.
ALPHALABS is part of the LABS1503 group and focuses on men's health and testosterone therapy. Our goal is to provide our clients with high-quality healthcare using modern practices and technologies.
What are you going to do?
- You'll be the first person our clients see when they arrive at the clinic
- You'll provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
- You'll handle orders, schedule changes, and general client inquiries
- You'll be working with the internal system, the clinic's calendar, and patient records
- You'll be communicating in English on a daily basis—some of our clients are from abroad
- You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other colleagues
- You'll help with the administrative tasks related to the clinic's operations, including billing
What do you need?
- At least one year of experience in customer service—for example, at a front desk, in a hotel, at a call center, or in a similar setting
- Excellent command of Czech or Slovak and a professional demeanor
- English at least at the B2 level—you'll use it in face-to-face communication, on the phone, and in emails
- Reliability and attention to detail when handling client data and documentation
- The ability to work at a faster pace, set priorities, and maintain an overview
- Independence, but also a desire to work as part of a smaller team
- Flexible working hours : Mon + Wed 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Tue + Thu 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Fri 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- And above all, reliability—if the clinic is supposed to open in the morning, we need to know we can count on you :)

- Fixed salary of 35,000 CZK + incentive bonus system
