What you're going to do:
- You become the first friendly face to take on a new client when they arrive at the clinic
- You will take care of ordering clients and completing entry documentation
- You will help our clients with rescheduling and respond to their questions - mainly by phone or email
- You will work with our internal software and the clinic calendar
- You will have a lot of teamwork and daily communication in English
- You will help us with report generation, invoicing and other ad hoc tasks

What you need:
- Secondary education with a school-leaving examination
- Ability to work some days at a high pace and manage to organize priorities
- Pleasant professional demeanor when communicating with clients, even those who have had a "bad night's sleep"
- Reliability and care in entering data into the system
- Autonomy, open-minded action but also the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent Czech/Slovak language and grammar skills
- English at a communicative level for daily use - many of our clients are from abroad
- PC skills and ability to quickly learn new software
