Our sales department has the perfect B2C position for you to grow professionally and financially, with rigorous training. No cold calls or car trips.

You will be assigned booked clients at our Svět rovnátek clinic, and you will independently lead many actionable sales meetings daily in the clinic to close orthodontic treatment contracts. You'll use modern technology, our CRM, your drive in person and on the phone to help people achieve beautiful smiles through invisible braces treatment.

What will you do with us?

  • Conduct face-to-face initial consultations with booked clients
  • Explain the procedure and benefits of our orthodontic treatment in order to conclude a treatment contract with the client
  • To care for your clients throughout their treatment and answer their telephone or email queries
  • Offer clients complementary products to the treatment
  • Work closely with the medical team and receptionists
  • To deal with the necessary administration and reporting


What do you need?

  • At least secondary education with a school-leaving examination
  • Experience in consulting, personal selling of services or products is a must
  • Excellent communication with people, negotiation skills and professional demeanor
  • Business spirit – sales are a priority for you
  • You are a dynamic personality and can handle stressful situations
  • It's important for you to fulfill sales plans and you don't just give up
  • Willingness to constantly educate themselves in the field and learn new practices
  • Very good communication in English, many of our clients are from abroad
  • Time flexibility to cover different shift lengths, some days we start at 7:00 and some days we finish at 20:00
  • You can easily cope with administration and work on a PC
