Our sales department has the perfect B2C position for you to grow professionally and financially, with rigorous training. No cold calls or car trips.

You will be assigned to our AlphaLabs clinic's booked clients, you will independently lead many actionable sales meetings daily in the clinic to close therapy contracts. You'll be using modern technology, our CRM, your drive in person and on the phone to help men regain the energy and vitality they need.

What you will do:
  • Conduct face-to-face initial consultations with booked clients
  • Explain the process and benefits of our therapy in order to establish a treatment contract with the client
  • Take care of your clients throughout their therapy and answer their phone or email questions
  • Offer clients complementary products
  • Work closely with the medical team and receptionists
  • To deal with the necessary administration and reporting


What do you need for this?

  • At least secondary education with a school-leaving examination
  • Experience in the personal sale of services or products is a prerequisite
  • Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness and professional demeanor
  • Business acumen, proactivity and a desire to achieve goals
  • Empathy and the ability to listen
  • Very good communication in English (min. B2), many of our clients are from abroad
  • Meticulous approach to administration and PC work
