What awaits you with us:
- daily communication with clients by phone and email;
- scheduling clients for their first consultation and following up with them to initiate treatment and discuss payment terms;
- conducting initial telephone consultations – explaining the process and benefits of orthodontic treatment;
- providing care for clients throughout their treatment—from their first visit through follow-up care;
- scheduling appointments, managing clinic calendars and the internal ticketing system;
- creating client files, updating information, and performing minor administrative tasks;
- collaboration with the sales specialist team and other departments within the clinics;
- communicating with clients from abroad (English will come in handy);
- Ad-hoc tasks, working with Excel, reporting.
The ideal candidate, a Smile Specialist, should have:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or negotiation (at least 1 year);
- excellent Czech or Slovak and a pleasant, cheerful voice;
- communicative English at a minimum B2 level (email, phone);
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills;
- professionalism and assertiveness, even when dealing with more demanding clients;
- the ability to work at a fast pace, manage priorities, and have an eye for detail;
- Flexibility for 8-hour shifts (starting at 7:00 a.m. or ending at 7:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday.

- full-time position and a permanent employment contract (with a 3-month probationary period);
