A varied and action-packed agenda awaits you, as well as plenty of personal communication with colleagues from our clinics (Svět rovnátek, DENTALABS, ALPHALABS, Fyzio World) and dealing with requests from external partners and suppliers via phone and email. On a daily basis, you will help to solve countless tasks and urgent situations, but at the same time you will be involved in pricing or process review.

What awaits you with us:
  • Working closely with LABS1503 sister clinics, responsible for the operation and adherence to supply, stock management, invoicing and inventory processes;
  • Responsibility for pricing and negotiating terms with suppliers, contracting supplies, etc;
  • Daily work in the office in the HELIOS accounting and warehouse software (warehouse management, inter-warehouse transfers, data import, filing of goods cards, checking of goods items, etc.);
  • Complete representation and assistance to the logistics team (office, central + associated warehouses on other buildings) - customer support, processing orders from customers, sales representatives and daily communication with suppliers;
  • Receiving and dispatching, invoicing of goods, close cooperation with the warehouse (WMS warehouse management system from receipt to dispatch, work with the reader);
  • Responsibility for complaints procedure, registration and management of complaints procedures;
  • Arranging transport orders also from abroad, according to internal logistics processes
  • Dealing with emergency and unexpected ad-hoc situations, according to internal logistics processes
  • Reporting to the manager, weekly report of completed tasks
  • Updating instructions and processes as directed by the manager, taking minutes of meetings, being responsible for meeting deadlines

What we expect from you:
  • Min. secondary education with a school-leaving exam
  • Min. 3 years experience in logistics
  • Advanced work in Helios or other accounting software and the ability to easily navigate warehouse programs; MS Office, etc.
  • Administrative experience in contract processing, pricing and negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers and carriers;
  • Knowledge and varied experience in warehouse management, invoicing, order processing and follow-up documents, etc;
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2 level - daily use in email and telephone communication;
  • Ability to follow rules and procedures, but also to organize, prioritize and keep track of important deadlines;
  • Attention to detail, care and order;
  • Proactivity, reliability and willingness to help colleagues and customers solve even difficult and extraordinary situations
