You can expect a varied and fast-paced schedule, plenty of face-to-face communication with colleagues from our clinics (Svět rovnátek, DENTALABS, ALPHALABS, Fyzio svět), as well as handling issues with suppliers over the phone and via email. Every day, you’ll help resolve countless tasks, including urgent or tricky ones, while also contributing to the review and improvement of processes.

What awaits you with us:
- close cooperation with sister clinics LABS1503; responsibility for the operation and adherence to processes related to procurement, inventory management, invoicing, and inventory counts;
- Daily office work using the HELIOS accounting and inventory management software (inventory management, inter-warehouse transfers, checking inventory items, etc.);
- Assisting with team management and setting up internal processes; providing full ad-hoc coverage for colleagues in the logistics team (office, central warehouse, and satellite warehouses in other buildings); providing customer support, processing customer orders, and maintaining daily communication with suppliers;
- Goods receipt and shipment, invoicing, close collaboration with the warehouse (WMS warehouse management system covering the entire process from receipt to shipment);
- responsibility for the complaint policy, record-keeping, and handling of complaint proceedings;
- Handling extraordinary and unexpected ad hoc situations in accordance with internal logistics and procurement processes;
- reporting to the manager, weekly report on completed tasks;
- Updating guidelines and processes as directed by management, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring deadlines are met.

In return, we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, including team leadership or a senior position in the field;
- experience in drafting contracts, pricing, and negotiating terms with suppliers and carriers;
- knowledge and diverse experience in inventory management, invoicing, order processing, etc.
- advanced proficiency in MS Office, experience with Helios or another accounting software, and the ability to easily navigate inventory management software;
- You will use English at a minimum B1/B2 level in email and phone communications;
- the ability to independently organize your work, set priorities, and keep track of important deadlines;
- attention to detail, thoroughness, and organization;
- proactivity, reliability, and a willingness to help colleagues and customers resolve even difficult and extraordinary situations;
- A major advantage at the start of our collaboration is a solid understanding of healthcare regulations (safety data sheets, certificates, SUKL registration, etc.).
