On a daily basis, you will help to solve countless tasks, even urgent or difficult ones, but at the same time you will also be involved in reviewing and improving processes.

What awaits you with us:
- Working closely with LABS1503 sister clinics, responsible for the operation and adherence to supply, stock management, invoicing and inventory processes;
- Daily work in the office in the HELIOS accounting and warehouse program (warehouse management, inter-warehouse transfers, checking of goods items, etc.);
- Complete representation and support of the logistics team (office, central + associated warehouses in other buildings) - customer support, processing of customer orders and daily communication with suppliers;
- Receiving and dispatching, invoicing of goods, close cooperation with the warehouse (WMS warehouse management system from receipt to dispatch);
- Responsibility for complaints procedure, registration and management of complaints procedures;
- Dealing with emergency and unexpected ad-hoc situations, according to internal logistics and purchasing processes
- Reporting to the manager, weekly report of completed tasks
- Updating instructions and processes as directed by the manager, taking minutes of meetings, being responsible for meeting deadlines

What we expect from you:
- Min. secondary education with a school-leaving exam
- Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing and warehouse management from the administrative side
- Advanced work in Helios or other accounting software and the ability to easily navigate warehouse programs; MS Office, etc.
- Knowledge and varied experience in warehouse management, invoicing, order processing and follow-up documents, etc;
- Knowledge of English at least at B2 level - you will use in email and telephone communication;
- Ability to follow rules and procedures, but also to organize, prioritize and keep track of important deadlines;
- Organisational skills and detail orientation
- Proactivity, reliability and willingness to help colleagues and customers in emergency situations
