CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST - clients of private clinics

Are you looking for a quiet workplace where you can help clients by phone, email and chat from a comfortable office overlooking the Vltava River? Join our family-run, four-person customer care team where you'll receive rigorous training, a friendly environment and the support of experienced colleagues. We welcome call centre or reception experience as well as communication in English.

No cold calls, no sales - with us you'll just be looking after existing patients or responding to new enquiries. We work efficiently, digitally and systematically. Partial home-office option after training.

What's in store for you?

• Daily communication with clients by phone, email and chat - no cold calls!
• Ordering and reordering appointments, working with clinic calendars and internal ticketing system
• Setting up client cards, updating data and minor administration
• Working with the reception team and other departments within the clinics
• Communication with clients from abroad (English will be useful)
• Ad hoc tasks and work with Excel or simple reports
  
  

✅ What do we need from you?

• Experience in customer service (reception, call center, hotel...) min. 1 year
• Excellent Czech/Slovenian and a voice in which you can hear your smile
• Communicative English min. B2 - for mail, phone, chat
• Ability to work at pace, manage priorities and have an eye for detail
• Flexibility for shifts of 5 - 10 hours with starts at 7:00am or finishes at 7:00pm
• Professionalism and assertiveness even when dealing with clients who didn't wake up in the morning like the sun
