For our luxury clinics such as Svět rovnátek and Physio World we are looking for a new skilled maintenance technician to join the building management team on a flexible part-time basis, approx. 20 hours/week at times to be arranged individually in advance.
- the necessary qualifications (according to Government Regulation 194/2022 Coll. / formerly Decree No. 50/1978 Coll.) - professional competence to perform activities on electrical equipment and for professional competence in electrical engineering
- shifts by agreement with the manager + on-call 10 hours per day for extra charges
- care of 4modern luxury clinic buildings: Holešovice - the headquarters of the company and the team, Bohdalec, Letná and the clinic in Brno - trips max. 2 per month by company car
- Working closely with other team members and the building manager to assign tasks and manage administration
What you're about to see:
- Solving preventive repairs, urgent situations, accidents, cooperation during reconstruction
- Repair and maintenance of machinery, lifts and medical technology (we will train you)
- Diagnosis and repair of electrical equipment (mainly power-current), including replacement of defective components and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Basic construction work such as installation and repair of SDK partitions, painting of materials, repair and maintenance of sanitary facilities, water and heating systems
- Cooperation with service technicians of external companies and supervision of service execution
- Entries of task status into the internal system, taking photo documentation

What is important for the performance of the position:
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, minimum basic knowledge of construction and plumbing work
- Ability to handle more physically demanding work, have enough energy
- Time flexibility for urgent situations or weekend or holiday work
- Willingness to be on call beyond the shift (approx. 10 hours)
- Manual dexterity, willingness to learn and new technologies and above all reliability and punctuality
- Computer skills, ability to take photos, record voice messages and videos via WhatsUp
- Clean criminal record and no debts
- Driving licence, sk. B - actively
