NURSE at a private testosterone therapy clinic

Are you a nurse looking for a job at a modern outpatient clinic where you won’t have to work night shifts or weekends? Do you have experience with blood draws, or are you just starting your career and want to learn everything you need to know? Join the ALPHALABS team, a private clinic specializing in men’s health and testosterone therapy.

Your work will primarily involve interacting with our clients—from initial examinations and specimen collection to the administration of therapeutic agents and collaboration with doctors. We pride ourselves on providing professional yet compassionate care, utilizing modern procedures, and fostering an environment where both our clients and our team feel comfortable.

We work only during the day, Monday through Friday, with no night or weekend shifts. What if you don’t have years of experience yet? That’s okay. We’re happy to give skilled junior nurses or practical nurses a chance, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

ALPHALABS is part of the LABS1503 group of clinics, which combines healthcare, modern technology, and an innovative approach across the fields of orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, men's health, and physical therapy.

What can you expect from us?

• providing care for clients and communicating with them during their visits to the clinic;
• conducting initial examinations and collecting samples;
• administration of therapeutic and supportive agents as prescribed by a physician;
• dispensing of medications and oversight of their proper storage;
• close collaboration with doctors and other members of the clinic's team;
• maintaining and updating medical records;
• compliance with hygiene standards and proper procedures for handling medical waste.

What do we need from you?

• A completed degree in practical or general nursing; for degrees obtained abroad, we require that the applicant meet the conditions for practicing the profession in the Czech Republic;
• Experience with blood draws is a plus, but if you don't have any yet, we'll be happy to train you;
• a professional and friendly demeanor when communicating with clients;
• attention to detail, reliability, and a systematic approach to work;
• the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Communicative English—some of our clients come from abroad.

• Starting salary of 40,000 CZK + incentive bonus system;

• Regular working hours: Mon and Wed 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Tue and Thu 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Fri 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., with a short extension for setting up and wrapping up operations;
